Mateo Martinez is the Founder and C.E.O of Leverage Health, Inc. In 2005, Mateo received his Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After five-years as a clinic director of several top orthopedic facilities in St. Petersburg, Florida, Mateo moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL. He spent 2 years in the hospital setting, then went on to pursue his passion for geriatric care. In 2011, he opened MIND & MOBILITY, an outpatient physical therapy center that specializes in health services for the older adult. In January 2013, he launched MIND & MOBILITY Home Health Agency in pursuit of creating a revolutionary health care model.
