Medicare Part B and Private Pay Therapy
Our in-home therapy visits are available on a private-pay basis or may use the same Medicare Part B coverage you would use when visiting a physical therapy office. The difference is simple: we bring the therapy to you. This is outpatient-style physical, occupational, and speech therapy delivered in your home—not Medicare Home Health—so patients do not need to be homebound. Our in-home therapy is available as a stand-alone service or with personal aide services. It may be available as a Medicare-covered or private-pay service.

Coverage and Qualification
Mind & Mobility works with Medicare and private pay. For Medicare coverage, patients generally need a qualified need for physical, occupational, or speech therapy, just as they would when visiting a therapy office. Our in-home therapy patients are not required to be homebound.
Coverage depends on eligibility, the specific service, and the plan of care. We can help you understand what information is needed and how to begin.
